It is hard to believe it, but it’s mid-August already and that means a new Nova Musica season will begin. We will begin rehearsals on Tuesday, September 12 at the Crestwood Community Hall. Rehearsal time is 7:30-9:30 pm. Take a look at the repertoire page and start practising! I think we are all looking forward to seeing our musical friends again.
Nova Musica invites you to join our spring concert at Crestwood Community League (14325 96 Ave, Edmonton) on May 23, 2023
The concert begins at at 7pm and will feature pieces by Beethoven, Offenbach, Satie and Frame.
Admission is by donation, all proceeds are going to the Mustard Seed. Join us!
Nova Musica will resume rehearsals on September 13, 2022. Rehearsals are Tuesday Nights – 7:30-9:15
at the Crestwood Community League found at 14325 96 Ave NW. Members are encouraged to download and print the repertoire which can be found on the Repertoire Page.
Nova Musica is pleased to present a concert on May 14th at the Crestwood Community League. We will be performing pieces by Hummel, Mozart, Warlock and Arthur Sullivan.

Nova Musica would like to express its gratitude to the Crestwood Community League for the use of the community hall for our rehearsals. All proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Crestwood Community League Phase 3 Redevelopment Project
It has been nearly two years since the global pandemic put a pause to Nova Musica’s rehearsals and concerts. On November 16th that pause came to an end as members gathered at the Crestwood Community League for our first post-pandemic rehearsal. There were some faces missing and also some new ones to welcome. With Covid-19 safety protocols in place, the board is now optimistic we will be able to meet again weekly and hopefully offer concerts again in the Spring of 2022.
